We use multiple delivery services, so the delivery time may vary according to the customer's region.

In general the shipping takes place in 5 to 10 business days.

We recommend that you track the status of your order.

If the delivery is not completed there will be a new attempt afterwards.

The product will return to the distributor if delivery attempts fail

Admission to events is personal (nominal).

It is essential to present an original and official identification document with a photo, along with admission to face-to-face events, for validation.

Just login to the site and access the "contact" menu. Then, send the request by e-mail with the title "Change of Ownership", inform the name, phone number and e-mail address of your replacement.

The exchange can be made only once per ticket and the permission to change will be available up to 24 hours before the start of the event.

In case of regret of the purchase, the refund of the ticket value will only be made if the request is made within 7 (seven) days from the date of purchase, and provided that the return request is made with, at least, 48 (forty-eight) hours in advance of the event's start time.
